عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَهْدَى عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فِي هَدَايَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَمَلًا كَانَ لِأَبِي جَهْلٍ فِي رَأْسِهِ بُرَةٌ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ يَغِيظُ بِذَلِكَ الْمُشْركين. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Ibn ‘Abbas said that in the year of al-Hudaibiya the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) included among his sacrificial animals a camel with a silver (a version has gold) nose-ring which had belonged to Abu Jahl,( A chief of Quraish who had been hostile to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). He was killed at Badr) thereby enraging the polytheists. Abu Dawud transmitted it.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حدیبیہ کے سال اپنی قربانیوں میں حضرت ابوجہل کا اونٹ بھی شامل کیا جس کی ناک میں چاندی کی نکیل تھی (ایک روایت میں سونے کی)، تاکہ مشرکوں کو غصہ آئے۔ (حضرت ابوداؤد)
