حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرَّةٍ رَبَطَتْهَا، فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا، وَلَمْ تَدَعْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خِشَاشِ الأَرْضِ ". قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Hadrat 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: A woman entered the Hellfire because of a cat — she had tied it up, neither feeding it nor setting it free to eat from the insects of the earth. (Through another chain, Hadrat Abu Huraira, may Allah be well pleased with him, also narrated the same from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), blessings and peace of Allah be upon him.)
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ایک عورت ایک بلی کی وجہ سے دوزخ میں گئی — اس نے بلی کو باندھ رکھا تھا، نہ اسے کھانا دیا اور نہ ہی چھوڑا کہ وہ زمین کے کیڑے مکوڑے کھا کر اپنی جان بچا لیتی۔ (دوسری سند سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے بھی نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے اسی طرح روایت کیا۔)
