أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي وَغَيْرُهُ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ الْعَدْلُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ كَانَتْ تَلِي بَنَاتِ أَخِيهَا يَتَامَى فِي حِجْرِهَا لَهُنَّ الْحُلِيُّ فَلَا تُخْرِجُ مِنْهُ الزَّكَاةَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الشَّافِعِيِّ قَالَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ

Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq al-Muzakki and others narrated to us: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us: al-Rabi' ibn Sulayman narrated to us: al-Shafi'i narrated to us: Malik narrated to us.
