حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ وَكَانَ كَاتِبًا لِعَلِيٍّ قَالَ كَانَ مَرْوَانُ يَسْتَخْلِفُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَاسْتَخْلَفَهُ مَرَّةً فَصَلَّى الْجُمُعَةَ فَقَرَأَ سُورَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَإِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ مَشَيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِهِ فَقُلْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَرَأْتَ بِسُورَتَيْنِ قَرَأَ بِهِمَا عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام قَالَ قَرَأَ بِهِمَا حِبِّي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya narrated to us, from Ja'far ibn Muhammad, who said: My father narrated to me, from Ubaidullah ibn Abi Rafi', who was a scribe for Ali, who said: Marwan used to appoint Abu Hurairah as his deputy over Madinah. Once he deputized him and he led the Friday prayer, reciting Surah al-Jumu'ah and Surah al-Munafiqun. When he finished, I walked beside him and said: "O Abu Hurairah, you recited two surahs that Ali (peace be upon him) used to recite." He said: "My beloved Abu al-Qasim (peace be upon him) used to recite them."
