English Translation
Rafi' ibn Khadij said: My uncle came to us and said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) has forbidden us something that was beneficial for us." He said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it or lend it to his brother. Do not rent it for a third or a quarter (of the produce) or for a set amount of food.'"
