English Translation
Rafi' ibn Khadij narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he forbade muhaqalah and muzabanah and said: "Only three people cultivate: a man who has land and cultivates it, a man who has been given land and cultivates what he has been given, and a man who rents (land for gold or silver)."
