Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَاابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ، قَالَ: ثَنَاسُفْيَانُ، عَنْمَنْصُورِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْأُمِّهِ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُعَائِشَةَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، تَقُولُ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يَضَعُ رَأْسَهُ فِي حِجْرِ إِحْدَانَا وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَيَتْلُو الْقُرْآنَ".
English Translation
Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When any of you drinks, he should not breathe into the vessel, and when he goes to the privy, he should not touch his private part with his right hand, and he should not clean himself with his right hand."
Urdu Translation
سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمہم میں سے کسی (بیوی) کی گود میں سر رکھ کر قرآن پڑھا کرتے تھے، حالاں کہ وہ حائضہ ہوتی تھی۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الطهارة/حدیث: 103]
