Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَامُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: ثناعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أنامَعْمَرٌ، عَنْهَمَّامٍ، عَنْأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَرَضَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ الْيَمِينَ، فَأَسْرَعَ الْفَرِيقَانِ جَمِيعًا، فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْيُسْهَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْيَمِينِ أَيُّهُمْ يَحْلِفُ".
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered an oath to a group of people, and both parties hastened to swear. So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that lots be drawn between them to determine which of them should swear.

سیدنا ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے کچھ لوگوں پر قسم پیش کی، تو دونوں ہی گروہ قسم کھانے میں تیزی دکھانے لگے، نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے حکم دیا کہ ان کے درمیان قرعہ ڈالا جائے کہ قسم کون اٹھائے گا۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 1012]
