حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ الْعِجْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطُّفَاوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُعْطِيتُ مَفَاتِيحَ الْكَلِمِ، وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ، وَبَيْنَمَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ الْبَارِحَةَ إِذْ أُتِيتُ بِمَفَاتِيحِ خَزَائِنِ الأَرْضِ حَتَّى وُضِعَتْ فِي يَدِي ". قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَذَهَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنْتُمْ تَنْتَقِلُونَهَا.
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: 'I have been given the keys of eloquent speech (Jawami al-Kalim), and I have been granted victory through awe (cast into the hearts of the enemy). And while I was sleeping last night, the keys of the treasures of the earth were brought to me and placed in my hand.' Hadrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be well pleased with him) added: 'The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) has departed this world, and you are now transferring those treasures.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: مجھے جوامع الکلم (مختصر مگر جامع کلام) عطا کیے گئے ہیں، اور رعب کے ذریعے میری مدد فرمائی گئی ہے۔ اور گزشتہ رات میں سویا ہوا تھا کہ زمین کے خزانوں کی کنجیاں میرے پاس لائی گئیں اور میرے ہاتھ میں رکھ دی گئیں۔ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تو اس دنیا سے تشریف لے گئے اور تم ان خزانوں کو ادھر ادھر منتقل کر رہے ہو۔
