حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ وَأُوتِيتُ جَوَامِعَ الْكَلِمِ وَجُعِلَتْ لِي الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا وَبَيْنَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ أُوتِيتُ بِمَفَاتِيحِ خَزَائِنِ الْأَرْضِ فُتِلَتْ فِي يَدِي.
English Translation
Yazid told us: Muhammad b. Amr informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have been given victory through awe, I have been given comprehensive speech, and the earth has been made for me a place of prayer and a means of purification. And while I was asleep, I was brought the keys of the treasures of the earth, and they were placed in my hand."
