Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ أَمِينٌ، وَأَمِينُ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ ".
English Translation
Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared, 'Every nation has a trustworthy one, and the trustworthy one of this Ummah is Abu Ubayda bin al-Jarrah.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ہر امت کا ایک امین ہوتا ہے اور اس امت کا امین ابو عبیدہ بن جراح ہے۔
