حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " كُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ لاَ بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا، إِلاَّ بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ ".
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: No transaction between any buyer and seller is finalized until they separate, except in the case of a sale with mutual option (i.e., where a condition of option has been stipulated).
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ہر خریدنے اور بیچنے والے کے درمیان بیع اس وقت تک پکی نہیں ہوتی جب تک وہ جدا نہ ہو جائیں، سوائے بیعِ خیار کے (یعنی جس میں اختیار کی شرط لگائی گئی ہو)۔
