حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ لَا بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ.
English Translation
al-Fadl ibn Dukayn told us: Sufyan told us, from Abdullah ibn Dinar, from Abdullah ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Any two parties in a transaction, there is no (binding) sale between them until they part, except in a sale with the option (to cancel).'
