أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمَشَّاطُ قَالَا أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ عَنِ الشِّفَاءِ ؓ قَالَتْ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى حَفْصَةَ وَأَنَا عِنْدَهَا فَقَالَ لِي أَلَا تُعَلِّمِيهَا رُقْيَةَ النَّمْلِ كَمَا عَلَّمْتِيِهَا الْكِتَابَةَ
English Translation
Abu Nasr Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz ibn Umar ibn Qatadah and Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Mashshat informed us, they said: Abu Amr ibn Matar informed us, Ibrahim ibn Ali narrated to us, Yahya ibn Yahya narrated to us, Abu Mu'awiyah informed us from Abd al-Aziz ibn Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, from Salih ibn Kaysan, from Abu Bakr ibn Sulayman ibn Abi Hathmah, from al-Shifa' (may Allah be pleased with her) who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) entered upon Hafsah while I was with her, and he said to me: 'Will you not teach her the ruqyah for skin rashes as you taught her writing?'"
