أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ قَانِفٍ أَنَّ سَعْدًا كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ رَجُلٌ يُورَثُ كَلَالَةً أَوِ امْرَأَةٌ وَلَهُ أَخٌ أَوْ أُخْتٌ مِنْ أُمٍّ
English Translation
Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ishaq informed us: Umar ibn Harun narrated from Shu'bah from al-Hakam from Yahya ibn al-Jazzar from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) in the case where a husband, mother, maternal brothers, and full brothers share: The full brothers share with the maternal brothers in the one-third, giving the male twice the female's share.
