وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا رَوْحٌ ثنا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ أَلَا إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ الَّتِي فِي أَوَّلِ سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ فِي بَيَانِ الْفَرَائِضِ أَنْزَلَهَا اللهُ فِي الْوَلَدِ وَالْوَالِدِ وَالْآيَةَ الثَّانِيَةَ مِنْ سُورَةِ النِّسَاءِ أَنْزَلَهَا اللهُ فِي ا��زَّوْجِ وَالزَّوْجَةِ وَالْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ وَالْآيَةَ الَّتِي خَتَمَ بِهَا سُورَةَ النِّسَاءِ أَنْزَلَهَا اللهُ فِي الْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ وَالْأَبِ
English Translation
Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Yahya ibn Yahya informed us: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated from al-A'mash from Ibrahim from Alqamah from Abdullah regarding a husband, mother, maternal brothers, and full brothers: He gave the husband one-half, the mother one-sixth, and the maternal brothers one-third. He did not give the full brothers anything.
