حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُدْنِي رَأْسَهُ إِلَيَّ وَهُوَ مُجَاوِرٌ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ وَأَنَا فِي حُجْرَتِي فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ.
English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from his father, from Aisha, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would bring his head close to me while he was withdrawn in seclusion, in devotional retreat, and I was in my chamber, and I would wash it and comb it while I was menstruating.
