حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَضَعُ رَأْسَهُ فِي حِجْرِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَيَتْلُو الْقُرْآنَ.
English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur ibn Safiyyah, from his mother, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would place his head in my lap while I was menstruating, and he would recite the Qur'an.
