English Translation
Abu Amir Abd al-Malik ibn Amr told us: Abdullah ibn Abi Sulayman, a man of Madina, told us: Mu'adh ibn Abdullah ibn Khubayb told us, from his father, from his uncle, who said: We were in a gathering when the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, appeared before us, with traces of water on his head. We said, "O Messenger of Allah, we see you in good spirits." He said, "Indeed." Then the people fell to discussing wealth, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: There is no harm in wealth for one who fears Allah, Mighty and Majestic; and good health for one who fears Allah is better than wealth; and good spirits are among the blessings.
