حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَتَكِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْوَتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا.
English Translation
Al-Hasan ibn Yahya told us: al-Fadl ibn Musa told us, from Ubaydullah al-Ataki, from Abdullah ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The witr prayer is a duty; whoever does not observe witr is not one of us - he said it three times.
