English Translation
Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Muqri told us, Haywah told us, Ayyash ibn Abbas informed me, that Abu al-Nadr told him, from Amir ibn Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, that Usamah ibn Zayd informed his father Sa'd ibn Malik, saying: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: I practice withdrawal with my wife. He said: Why? He said: Out of concern for her child, or her children. He said: If that is the case, then there is no harm; that would not harm Persia or Byzantium.
