حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ صَلَاةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ تَفْضُلُ صَلَاةَ الْفَذِّ بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً.
English Translation
Ahmad ibn al-Hajjaj told us: Abdul-Aziz ibn Abi Hazim informed us: Yazid ibn Abdullah ibn al-Had told us, from Abdullah ibn Khabbab, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "The prayer in congregation exceeds the prayer of the individual by twenty-five degrees."
