Abdullah said: The Sirat (bridge) will be placed over the middle of Hell, like the edge of a sharp sword - slippery and treacherous. Upon it are hooks of fire that snatch people. Some are held and fall into it, some are knocked down, and some pass like lightning without delay. Then some pass like the wind, then like a galloping horse, then like a running man, then like a walking man. The last of them to cross is a man whom the Fire has scorched and who suffered great harm in it, until Allah enters him into Paradise by the bounty of His mercy. It will be said to him: 'Wish and ask.' He will say: 'My Lord, are You mocking me when You are the Lord of Might?' It will be said: 'Wish and ask.' Until when his wishes are exhausted, it will be said: 'You shall have what you asked and its like with it.' Abu Salih narrated from Abu Hurayrah: 'And ten times its like with it.'
