حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي قَيْسُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ لِوَفْدِ بُزَاخَةَ تَتْبَعُونَ أَذْنَابَ الإِبِلِ حَتَّى يُرِيَ اللَّهُ خَلِيفَةَ نَبِيِّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ أَمْرًا يَعْذِرُونَكُمْ بِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Tariq bin Shihab (may the mercy of Allah be upon him) narrated that Hadrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be well pleased with him) said to the delegation of Buzakha (who had apostatized after the passing of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and then came seeking pardon): 'Follow the tails of the camels (into the wilderness) until Allah shows the Caliph of His Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and the Muhajirin a matter by which they may excuse you.'
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت طارق بن شہاب رحمۃ اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے قبائلِ بزاخہ کے وفد سے فرمایا: اونٹوں کی دموں کے پیچھے (جنگلوں میں) جاتے رہو، یہاں تک کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے خلیفہ اور مہاجرین کو کوئی ایسا امر دکھا دے جس سے وہ تمہیں معذور سمجھ لیں۔
