حَدَّثنا سلمة بن شَبِيب قَال حَدَّثنا الفِريابي قَال حَدَّثنا سُفيان عَن عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَن سُلَيمان بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَقَدْ أُذِنَ لِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فِي زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ أُمِّهِ فَزُورُوهَا مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ فَإِنَّهَا تُذَكِّرُ الآخِرَةَ وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي أَنْ تَأْكُلُوهَا فَوْقَ ثَلاثٍ وَإنَّما أَرَدْنَا بِذَلِكَ أَنْ يَتَّسِعَ أَهْلُ السَّعَةِ عَلَى مَنْ لا سِعَةَ لَهُ فَكُلُوا مِمَّا بَدَا لَكُمْ وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنِ الظُّرُوفِ وَإِنَّ الظُّرُوفَ لا تُحِلُّ شَيْئًا ولاَ تُحَرِّمُهُ وكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ قَالَ كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَقَدْ أُذِنَ لِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فِي زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ أُمِّهِ فَزُورُوهَا مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ فَإِنَّهَا تُذَكِّرُ الآخِرَةَ وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي أَنْ تَأْكُلُوهَا فَوْقَ ثَلاثٍ وَإنَّما أَرَدْنَا بِذَلِكَ أَنْ يَتَّسِعَ أَهْلُ السَّعَةِ عَلَى مَنْ لا سِعَةَ لَهُ فَكُلُوا مِمَّا بَدَا لَكُمْ وَنَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنِ الظُّرُوفِ وَإِنَّ الظُّرُوفَ لا تُحِلُّ شَيْئًا ولاَ تُحَرِّمُهُ وكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Salama ibn Shabib narrated to us, he said: al-Firyabi narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us from Alqama ibn Marthad from Sulayman ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said: "I had forbidden you from visiting graves, but Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has been granted permission to visit his mother's grave, so visit them as you wish, for they remind you of the Hereafter. And I had forbidden you from eating the meat of sacrificial animals beyond three days, but I only intended thereby that the wealthy would share with those who have nothing, so eat as you wish. And I had forbidden you from [certain] vessels, but indeed the vessels do not make anything lawful or unlawful; every intoxicant is forbidden."
