حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الصَّمَّاءِ وَعَنْ الاِحْتِبَاءِ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ .
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade wrapping oneself entirely in a single garment with the hands concealed within it (samma), and sitting with the knees drawn up wrapped in a single garment (ihtiba).
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ایک کپڑے میں «صماء» (پورا جسم لپیٹ کر ہاتھ اندر چھپا لینا) اور «احتباء» (گوٹ مار کر بیٹھنا) سے منع فرمایا۔
