Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9872 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ الْأَوْدِيِّ عَنْ هُزَيْلِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى وَسَلْمَانَ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ فِي بِنْتٍ وَبِنْتِ ابْنٍ وَأُخْتٍ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ فَقَالَ لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ وَلِلْأُخْتِ النِّصْفُ وَلَمْ يُوَرِّثِ ابْنَةَ الِابْنِ شَيْئًا وَقَالَا ائْتِ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ؛ فَإِنَّهُ سَيُتَابِعُنَا فَأَتَاهُ الرَّجُلُ فَسَأَلَهُ وَأَخْبَرَهُ بِقَوْلِهِمَا فَقَالَ قَدْ ضَلَلْتُ إِذًا وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ وَلَكِنِّي أَقْضِي فِيهَا قَضَاءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «لِلِابْنَةِ النِّصْفُ وَلِابْنَةِ الِابْنِ سَهْمٌ تَكْمِلَةَ الثُّلُثَيْنِ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ مِنَ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
A man came to Abu Musa and Salman ibn Rabi'ah concerning a daughter, a son's daughter, and a full sister. He said: 'The daughter gets half and the sister gets half,' and he did not give the son's daughter any inheritance. They said: 'Go to Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, for he will agree with us.' The man went to him and asked, and told him their ruling. He said: 'Then I would have gone astray and would not be of the rightly guided. But I will judge in it with the judgment of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): the daughter gets half, and the son's daughter gets a share to complete two-thirds, and what remains is for the full sister.'
