Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9680 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ «إِنْ أُعْتِقَتْ عِنْدَ عَبْدٍ فَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ أَوْ لَمْ تُخَيَّرْ حَتَّى عَتَقَ زَوْجُهَا أَوْ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ أَوْ تَمُوتَ تَوَارَثَا»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj who said: I was informed that Ibn Mas'ud said: 'If a slave woman is freed while married to a slave, and she does not know that she has the option (to remain or dissolve the marriage), or she is not given the choice until her husband is freed, or until he dies or she dies, they inherit from each other.'
