Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8142 حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ الدِّيَةُ لِلْعَاقِلَةِ وَلَا تَرِثُ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا شَيْئًا حَتَّى كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْكِلَابِيُّ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَرَّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمٍ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا»
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: "The blood money belongs to the male relatives, and the wife does not inherit anything from her husband's blood money," until al-Dahhak ibn Sufyan al-Kilabi wrote to him that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) gave the wife of Ashyam al-Dibabi her inheritance from her husband's blood money.
