Wa'il ibn Hujr said: I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Two men came to him to seek judgment. One said: "This man took my property." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to the claimant: "Bring your evidence." He could not bring evidence. He said to the other: "Swear an oath." The claimant said: "He is a wicked man; he does not care about swearing." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "You have nothing from him but this."
