Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1193 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْحَوْطِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ نَجْدَةَ الْحَوْطِيُّ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ ثنا حَرِيزُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ جَحَّاشٍ الْقُرَشِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَصَقَ يَوْمًا عَلَى كَفِّهِ فَوَضَعَ عَلَيْهَا إِصْبَعَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يَقُولُ لَنْ تُعْجِزَنِي وَقَدْ خَلَقْتُكَ مِنْ مِثْلِ هَذِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا سَوَّيْتُكَ وَعَدَّلْتُكَ مَشَيْتَ بَيْنَ بُرْدَيْنِ وَلِلْأَرْضِ مِنْكَ وَئِيدٌ فَجَمَعْتَ وَصَنَعْتَ حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَتِ التَّرَاقِيَ قُلْتَ أَتَصَدَّقُ وَأَنَّى أَوَانُ الصَّدَقَةِ؟
انگریزی ترجمہ
Busr ibn Jahhash al-Qurashi narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) spat on his palm one day, placed his finger on it, and said: "O son of Adam, Allah the Almighty says: 'Will you elude Me when I created you from the like of this? When I fashioned you and made you proportionate, you walked between two garments and the earth groaned under you. You collected and hoarded until, when the soul reached the throat, you said: I will give charity now? But when is the time for charity?'"
