أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَسَرَتِ الرُّبَيِّعُ ثَنِيَّةَ جَارِيَةٍ فَطَلَبُوا إِلَيْهِمُ الْعَفْوَ فَأَبَوْا فَعُرِضَ عَلَيْهِمُ الأَرْشُ فَأَبَوْا فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِالْقِصَاصِ . قَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تُكْسَرُ ثَنِيَّةُ الرُّبَيِّعِ لاَ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لاَ تُكْسَرُ . قَالَ " يَا أَنَسُ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ " . فَرَضِيَ الْقَوْمُ وَعَفَوْا فَقَالَ " إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated that Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: "Ar-Rubai broke the front tooth of a girls, and they asked them (her people) to forgive her, but they refused. They offered them blood money, but they refused. Then they went to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and he decreed relation. Hadrat Anas Bin An-Nadr submitted: "O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), will you break the front tooth of Ar-Rubai'? No, by the One Who sent you with the truth, it will not be broken!" He said: "O Hadrat Anas, what Allah has decreed is retaliation." But the people agreed to forgive her. He (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) said: "There are among the slaves of Allah who, if they swear by Allah, Allah fulfills their oath
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ربیع نے ایک لڑکی کا اگلا دانت توڑ دیا۔ لوگوں نے ان سے معافی مانگی مگر انہوں نے انکار کیا۔ ان کے سامنے تاوان (ارش) پیش کیا گیا مگر انہوں نے انکار کیا۔ پھر وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس آئے تو آپ نے قصاص کا حکم فرمایا۔ انس بن نضر نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! ربیع کا دانت توڑا جائے گا؟ نہیں، اس ذات کی قسم جس نے آپ کو حق کے ساتھ بھیجا، اس کا دانت نہیں توڑا جائے گا۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اے انس! اللہ کی کتاب میں قصاص ہے۔ پھر لوگوں نے رضامندی ظاہر کی اور معاف کر دیا۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ کے بندوں میں سے کچھ ایسے ہیں کہ اگر وہ اللہ پر قسم کھائیں تو اللہ ان کی قسم پوری فرما دے۔
