انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establish the prayer, and pay the zakah. If they do this, they have protected their lives and wealth from me, except by its right, and their reckoning is with Allah."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ مجھے حکم ہوا ہے لوگوں سے لڑنے کا یہاں تک کہ وہ گواہی دیں اس بات کی کہ کوئی معبود برحق نہیں سوائے اللہ تعالیٰ کے اور بیشک محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) اس کے رسول ہیں اور نماز قائم کریں اور زکوٰۃ دیں پھر جب یہ کریں تو انہوں نے مجھ سے اپنی جانوں اور مالوں کو بچا لیا مگر حق کے بدلے اور ان کا حساب اللہ تعالیٰ پر ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 5]
