انگریزی ترجمہ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Allah, the Exalted, says: I am the most free of need of all partners from association (shirk). Whoever does a deed in which he associates another with Me, I abandon him and his act of association." (Meaning: worship and deeds done for show and reputation are not accepted by Allah — they are rejected. Allah accepts only that worship and deed which is done purely for His sake, in which no one else has any share.)
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے کہ میں اور شریکوں کی نسبت شرک سے بہت زیادہ بےپروا ہوں۔ جس نے کوئی ایسا عمل کیا جس میں میرے ساتھ میرے غیر کو بھی ملایا اور ساجھی کیا تو میں اس کو اور اس کے ساجھی کے کام کو چھوڑ دیتا ہوں۔ (یعنی جو عبادت اور عمل دکھانے اور شہرت کے واسطے ہو وہ اللہ کے نزدیک مقبول نہیں مردود ہے۔ اللہ اسی عبادت اور عمل کو قبول کرتا ہے جو اللہ ہی کے واسطے خالص ہو دوسرے کا اس میں کچھ حصہ نہ ہو)[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2089]
