انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him): Aqra bin Habis (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: The pilgrim-robbing (tribes) of Aslam, Ghifar, Muzayna, and Juhayna have pledged allegiance. He (peace be upon him) said: If Aslam, Ghifar, Muzayna, and Juhayna are better than the tribes of Banu Tamim, Banu Amir, Asad, and Ghatafan, then these people (that is, Banu Tamim and the like) are in loss and have failed? He said: Yes. He (peace be upon him) said: By Him in whose hand is my soul, they are better than them (that is, the tribes of Aslam and Ghifar and the like are better than the tribes of Banu Tamim and the like).
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہاقرع بن حابس رضی اللہ عنہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس آئے اور کہا کہ حاجیوں کو لوٹنے والے (قبائل) اسلم، غفار، مزینہ اور جہینہ کے لوگوں نے بیعت کی۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اگر (قبیلہ) اسلم، غفار، مزینہ اور جہینہ قبائل بنی تمیم، بنی عامر، اسد اور غطفان سے بہتر ہوں تو یہ لوگ (یعنی بنی تمیم وغیرہ) خسارے میں رہے اور نامراد ہوئے)؟ وہ بولا ہاں آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ قسم ہے اس کی جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے، وہ ان سے بہتر ہے (یعنی قبیلہ اسلم اور غفار وغیرہ قبیلہ بنی تمیم وغیرہ سے بہتر ہیں)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1734]
