انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "One of the prophets alighted under a tree. An ant bit him, so by his command the ants' nest was taken out; then he ordered and it was burned. Thereupon Allah the Exalted revealed to him, 'Would that you had punished a single ant (the one that bit); what was the fault of the other ants?'"
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتے ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: پیغمبروں میں سے ایک پیغمبر ایک درخت کے نیچے اترے، ان کو ایک چیونٹی نے کاٹا تو ان کے حکم سے چیونٹیوں کا چھتہ نکالا گیا پھر انہوں نے حکم دیا تو وہ جلا دیا گیا۔ تب اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کو وحی بھیجی کہ ایک چیونٹی کو (جس نے کاٹا تھا) تو نے سزا دی ہوتی (دوسری چیونٹیوں کا کیا قصور تھا)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1502]
