انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man bit another on the hand (with his teeth). The other pulled his hand away, and the front teeth of the (biter) fell out. Then (the one whose teeth had fallen out) sought redress from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "What do you want? Do you want me to order him to put his hand in your mouth so that you may then chew it as a camel chews? Very well, you too put your hand in his mouth so that he may chew it, then pull your hand away (that is, if you wish, retaliation can be done in this way, that you too put your hand in his mouth and then pull it out; then either his teeth will break or your hand will be wounded)." اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہایک شخص نے دوسرے کے ہاتھ پر (دانتوں سے) کاٹا۔ اس نے اپنا ہاتھ کھینچا، تو اس (کاٹنے والے) کے سامنے کے دانت گر پڑے۔ (پھر جس کے دانت نکل پڑے تھے) اس نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے فریاد کی۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ تو کیا چاہتا ہے؟ کیا یہ چاہتا ہے کہ میں اس کو حکم دوں کہ وہ اپنا ہاتھ تیرے منہ میں دے اور پھر تو اس کو چبا ڈالے جیسے اونٹ چبا ڈالتا ہے۔ اچھا تو بھی اپنا ہاتھ اس کے منہ میں دے کہ چبائے پھر تم اپنا ہاتھ کھینچ لینا (یعنی اگر تیرا جی چاہے تو اس طرح قصاص ہو سکتا ہے کہ تو بھی اپنا ہاتھ اس کے منہ میں دے پھر کھینچ لے یا تو اس کے بھی دانت ٹوٹ جائیں گے یا تیرا ہاتھ زخمی ہو گا)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1029]
