انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who says: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "By Allah, that one of you should persist (in a harmful oath) concerning his family is more sinful in the sight of Allah than that he should make expiation for the oath prescribed by Allah and break his oath (that is, rather than remaining upon his oath, he should break the oath and make the prescribed expiation)." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1020]
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے، بیان کرتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: اللہ کی قسم! یہ کہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنے گھر والوں کے بارے میں (نقصان دہ قسم پر) اصرار کرے تو اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک اس سے زیادہ گناہ کی بات ہے کہ وہ کفارہ قسم ادا کر کے اپنی قسم توڑ لے۔ (یعنی اسے اپنی قسم پر باقی رہنے کی بجائے قسم توڑ کر کفارہ قسم ادا کرنا چاہئے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1020]
