Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us from Husayn al-Mu'allim; and Ishaq ibn Ibrahim said — and the wording is his —: Isa ibn Yunus informed us, Husayn al-Mu'allim narrated to us from Budayl ibn Maysara, from Abu al-Jawza', from Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat A'isha (may Allah be well pleased with her), who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to begin the prayer with the takbir and the recitation with 'Al-hamdu lillahi Rabbil-'alamin' (Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds). When he bowed, he neither raised his blessed head nor lowered it, but kept it between these extremes. When he raised his blessed head from bowing, he would not go into prostration until he stood upright. When he raised his blessed head from prostration, he would not prostrate again until he sat upright. After every two rak'ahs he would recite the Tahiyyat. He would place his left foot flat and keep his right foot upright. He forbade sitting on the heels like the devil, and he forbade a person from spreading his arms on the ground like a predatory animal. And he would conclude the prayer with the salutation.
اردو ترجمہ
ہمیں محمد بن عبد اللہ بن نمیر نے حدیث بیان کی، کہا ہمیں ابو خالد احمر نے حسین معلم سے حدیث بیان کی، نیز اسحاق بن ابراہیم نے کہا — الفاظ انہی کے ہیں —: ہمیں عیسیٰ بن یونس نے خبر دی، کہا ہمیں حسین معلم نے حدیث بیان کی، انہوں نے بدیل بن میسرہ سے، انہوں نے ابو جوزاء سے، انہوں نے حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نماز کا آغاز تکبیر سے اور قراءت کا آغاز ﴿الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ﴾ سے فرماتے، اور جب رکوع فرماتے تو اپنا سر مبارک نہ پشت سے اونچا کرتے اور نہ اسے نیچے کرتے بلکہ درمیان میں رکھتے، اور جب رکوع سے اپنا سر مبارک اٹھاتے تو سجدے میں نہ جاتے حتیٰ کہ سیدھے کھڑے ہو جاتے، اور جب سجدے سے اپنا سر مبارک اٹھاتے تو (دوسرا) سجدہ نہ فرماتے حتیٰ کہ سیدھے بیٹھ جاتے۔ اور ہر دو رکعتوں کے بعد التحیات پڑھتے اور اپنا بایاں پاؤں بچھا لیتے اور دایاں پاؤں کھڑا رکھتے، اور شیطان کی طرح (دونوں پنڈلیاں کھڑی کر کے) پچھلے حصے پر بیٹھنے سے منع فرماتے، اور اس سے بھی منع فرماتے کہ انسان اپنے بازو اس طرح بچھا دے جس طرح درندہ بچھاتا ہے، اور نماز کا اختتام سلام سے فرماتے۔
