انگریزی ترجمہ
Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O Aishah, if your people were not so close to the pre-Islamic period of ignorance, I would have ordered the Ka'bah to be demolished, and I would have included in it what was excluded from it, and I would have made it level with the ground, and I would have made two doors for it — one eastern door and one western door — and I would have rebuilt it on the foundations laid by Ibrahim (peace be upon him)."
اردو ترجمہ
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا ہی سے ایک روایت میں ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”اے عائشہ (رضی اللہ عنہا) اگر تمہاری قوم کا دور، جاہلیت سے قریب نہ ہوتا تو میں کعبہ کے منہدم کر دینے کا حکم دیتا اور جو حصہ اس میں سے خارج کر دیا گیا ہے اس کو دوبارہ اسی میں شامل کر دیتا اور اس کو زمین سے ملا دیتا اور اس میں دو دروازے بناتا، ایک شرقی دروازہ ایک غربی دروازہ اور میں اس کو ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی بنیادوں کے موافق کر دیتا۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 801]
