انگریزی ترجمہ
Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that a Jewish woman came to ask her something and said (as a du'a): "May Allah protect you from the punishment of the grave." Aishah then asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): "Will people be punished in their graves?" The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Yes," seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave. Then she mentioned the eclipse hadith, adding that the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded the people to seek refuge from the punishment of the grave.
اردو ترجمہ
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہایک یہودیہ ان سے (کچھ) دریافت کرنے آئی اور اس نے (بطور دعا کے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے) کہا کہ اللہ تمہیں عذاب قبر سے پناہ دے تو عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے پوچھا کہ کیا لوگوں پر ان کی قبروں میں عذاب کیا جائے گا؟ تو رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے عذاب قبر سے پناہ مانگتے ہوئے فرمایا:”ہاں۔“پھر (عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے) گرہن والی حدیث ذکر کی اور آخر میں کہا کہ (رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے) لوگوں کو حکم دیا کہ عذاب قبر سے پناہ مانگیں۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 564]
