انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): A drunkard was brought to the Prophet (peace be upon him), and he (peace be upon him) said: "Strike him." Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Some of us struck him with the hand, some with sandals, and some with a garment. Then when they had finished striking him, a man said to him, "May Allah disgrace you." (When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) heard these words) he (peace be upon him) said: "Do not say such things, and do not (by saying such words) help Satan against him."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی خدمت میں ایک شرابی لایا گیا تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”اس کو مارو۔“سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم میں سے بعض لوگوں نے تو اس کو ہاتھ سے مارا اور بعض نے جوتیوں سے مارا اور بعض نے کپڑے سے مارا پھر جب مار چکے تو کسی شخص نے اس کو کہا کہ اللہ تجھ کو رسوا کرے (جب یہ الفاظ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے سنے تو) آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”یوں مت کہو اور (ایسے الفاظ کہہ کر) اس کے خلاف شیطان کی مدد مت کرو۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2159]
