انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abdullah (bin Masud) (may Allah be pleased with him): We used to consider miracles as blessings from Allah, while you people consider them as a cause of fear. We were with the Prophet (peace be upon him) on a journey when water ran short. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Bring whatever water remains." The people brought a vessel with a small amount of water. He placed his hand in it and said: "Come to the blessed water, and the blessing is from Allah." Abdullah said: "I saw the water flowing from between the fingers of the Messenger of Allah, and we used to hear the food glorifying Allah while we ate."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عبداللہ (بن مسعود) رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہہم تو معجزوں کو اللہ کی برکت اور عنایت سمجھتے تھے اور تم ان سے ڈرتے ہو۔ ہم نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ ایک سفر میں تھے کہ پانی کم پڑ گیا پس رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”بچا ہوا پانی ہو تو لے آؤ تو لوگ ایک برتن لائے جس میں تھوڑا سا پانی تھا آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے اپنا ہاتھ اس برتن میں ڈال دیا پھر فرمایا:”آؤ۔“برکت والا پانی لو اور برکت اللہ کی طرف سے ہے۔“(سیدنا عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ) کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے خود دیکھا:”پانی رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی انگلیوں سے پھوٹ رہا تھا اور ہم (اس وقت) کھانا کھاتے وقت کھانے کی تسبیح سنتے تھے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1501]
