It is narrated by Hadrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be well pleased with him) that a man entered the mosque and prayed while the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was in a corner of the mosque. Then the man came and greeted him. The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said to him, "Go back and pray, for you have not prayed." So the man went back and prayed, then came and greeted him. The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said, "Go back and pray, for you have not prayed." This happened three times. Then the man said, "By Him Who has sent you with the truth, I cannot do better than this. Please teach me." The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said, "When you stand for prayer, say the Takbir, then recite whatever is easy for you from the Quran, then bow until you are at ease in your bowing, then rise until you are standing upright, then prostrate until you are at ease in your prostration, then sit until you are at ease in your sitting, then do this throughout your entire prayer."
اردو ترجمہ
سالم نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ اس کے بعد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ابی بن کعب انصاری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو ساتھ لے کر اس کھجور کے باغ کی طرف روانہ ہوئے جہاں ابن صیاد رہتا تھا۔ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم باغ میں پہنچے تو آپ نے کھجور کی ٹہنیوں میں چھپنا شروع کیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم چاہتے تھے کہ اس سے پہلے کہ وہ دیکھے چھپ کر کسی بہانے ابن صیاد کی کوئی بات سنیں۔ ابن صیاد ایک مخملی چادر کے بستر پر لیٹا ہوا تھا اور کچھ گنگنا رہا تھا۔ ابن صیاد کی ماں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو کھجور کے تنوں سے چھپ کر آتے ہوئے دیکھ لیا اور اسے بتا دیا کہ اے صاف! ( یہ اس کا نام تھا ) محمد آ رہے ہیں۔ چنانچہ وہ متنبہ ہو گیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ اگر اس کی ماں اسے متنبہ نہ کرتی تو بات صاف ہو جاتی۔
