حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ دَعَا بِشَىْءٍ نَحْوَ الْحِلاَبِ، فَأَخَذَ بِكَفِّهِ، فَبَدَأَ بِشِقِّ رَأْسِهِ الأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ الأَيْسَرِ، فَقَالَ بِهِمَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha al-Siddiqa (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates: Whenever the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) performed the bath of janaba, he would call for a vessel resembling a hilab (milk-pail). He would take water in his palm and begin with the right side of his head, then the left side, and then rub both his hands over the middle of his head.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب غسلِ جنابت فرماتے تو حِلاب جیسی ایک چیز (برتن) منگواتے۔ پھر ہاتھ میں (پانی) لے کر سر کے دائیں حصے سے غسل شروع فرماتے، پھر بائیں حصے کا غسل فرماتے، پھر اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں کو سر کے بیچ میں لگاتے تھے۔
