حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ دَعَا بِشَىْءٍ نَحْوِ الْحِلاَبِ فَأَخَذَ بِكَفِّهِ فَبَدَأَ بِشِقِّ رَأْسِهِ الأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ الأَيْسَرِ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِكَفَّيْهِ فَقَالَ بِهِمَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates that when the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) performed the bath of janabah, he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would call for a vessel resembling a milking pail. He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would then take (water) with one palm and pour it on the right side of his blessed head, then on the left side, then take (water) with both palms and pour it on the middle of his blessed head.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب غسلِ جنابت فرماتے تو ایک برتن منگواتے جو دودھ دوہنے کے برتن جیسا ہوتا، پھر ایک ہتھیلی سے پانی لے کر سر مبارک کی دائیں جانب ڈالتے، پھر بائیں جانب ڈالتے، پھر دونوں ہتھیلیوں سے پانی لے کر سرِ مبارک کے بیچ پر ڈالتے۔
