حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ ذَكَرَ أَبِي عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ مَا أَلْفَاهُ السَّحَرُ عِنْدِي إِلاَّ نَائِمًا. تَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be well pleased with her) who said: I always found the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) lying down in my presence at the time of Sahr (pre-dawn) — meaning the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would rest at the pre-dawn time after completing the Tahajjud prayer.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ سحر کے وقت میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو اپنے پاس ہمیشہ لیٹے ہوئے پایا — یعنی نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم (تہجد سے فارغ ہو کر سحر کے وقت آرام فرماتے تھے)۔
