وحَدَّثنا أحمد بن منصور بن سيار قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الرزاق قال أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ النَّاسَ قَالُوا لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم هَلْ نَرَى رَبَّنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم هَلْ تُمَارونَ فِي الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ لَيْسَ دُونَهُ سَحَابُ قَالُوا لاَ قَالَ فَهَلْ تُمَارونَ فِي رُؤْيَةِ الشَّمْسِ لَيْسَ دُونَهَا سَحَابٌ قَالُوا لاَ قَالَ فَإِنَّكُمْ تَرَوْنَهُ كَذَلِكَ يَحْبِسُ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ثُمَّ يُقَالُ مَنْ كَانَ يَعْبُدُ شَيْئًا فَلْيَتْبَعْهُ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَتَّبِعُ الشَّمْسَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَتَّبِعُ الْقَمَرَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَتَّبِعُ الطَّوَاغِيتَ وتبقى هذه الأمة فيها منافقوها حتى يأتيهم تبارك وتعالى فيقول أنا ربكم فيقولون أنت ربنا فيضرب الله بين ظهراني جهنم فأكون أول من أجوز من الرسل بأمتي ولاَ يتكلم يومئذ إلاَّ الرسل ودعوة الرسل يومئذ اللهم سلم سلم وفي جهنم كلاليب مثل شوك السعدان هل رأيتم شوك السعدان قالوا نعم يا رَسولَ اللهِ قال فإنها مثل شوك السعدان تخطف الناس بأعمالهم فمنهم من يخردل أو قال يخردل ومنهم من ينجو حتى إذا أراد الله تبارك وتعالى الرحمة بمن أراد من أهل النار أمر الله تبارك وتعالى أن يخرجوا من كان يعبد الله فيخرجون يعرفونهم بأثر السجود حرم الله على النار أن تأكل أثر السجود فيخرجون من النار قد امتحشوا فيصب عليهم من ماء الحياة فينبتون فيه كما تنبت الحبة في حميل السيل ثم يفرغ الله تبارك وتعالى من القضاء بين العباد ويبقى رجل بين الجنة والنار هو آخر أهل الجنة دخولا الجنة مقبلا على النار فيقول يا رب اصرف وجهي عن النار فإنه قد قشبني ريحها وأحرقني ذكاءها فيقول الله تبارك وتعالى هل عسيت إن فعلت ذلك بك أن تسألني غير ذلك فيقول لا وعزتك فيعطي ربه ما شاء من عهد وميثاق فيصرف الله وجهه عن النار فإذا أقبل على الجنة فرأى بهجتها سكت ما شاء الله أن يسكت ثُمَّ قال يا رب قدمني عند باب الجنة فيقول الله تبارك وتعالى أوليس قد أعطيت العهود والمواثيق أن لا تسأل غير الذي كنت سألت فيقول يا رب لا أكون أشقى خلقك فيقول هل عسيت إن أعطيتك أن تسألني غيره فيقول لا وعزتك لا أسألك غير ذلك قال فيعطي ربه ما شاء من عهد وميثاق فيقدمه إلى باب الجنة فإذا بلغ بابها انفتحت له فرأى زهرتها وما فيها من النضرة والسرور سكت ما شاء الله أن يسكت ثُمَّ قال يا رب أدخلني الجنة فيقول تبارك وتعالى ما أغدرك ما أغدرك قد أعطيت العهود والمواثيق أن لا تسأل غير الذي أعطيت فيقول يا رب لا تجعلني أشقى خلقك فيضحك الله تبارك وتعالى منه ثُمَّ يأذن له في دخول الجنة ثُمَّ يقول تمن حتى إذا انقطعت به الأماني قال الله تبارك وتعالى وكذا يذكره ربه تبارك وتعالى حتى إذا انتهت به الأماني قال الله تبارك وتعالى لك ذلك ومثله ومعه قال أَبُو سَعِيد الخدري أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال لك ذلك وعشرة أمثاله قال أَبُو هُرَيرة لم أحفظ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إلاَّ أنه قال لك ذلك ومثله معه قال أَبُو سَعِيد أشهد لسمعته يقول لك ذلك وعشرة أمثالهوهذا الحديث رواه شعيب ومعاوية بن يحيى عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد بن الْمُسَيَّب وعطاء بن يزيد عَن أبي هُرَيرة وأبي سَعِيد
انگریزی ترجمہ
And Ahmad ibn Mansur ibn Sayyar narrated to us, saying: Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, saying: Mamar informed us from al-Zuhri from Ata ibn Yazid from Hadrat Abu Hurairah and Abu Said (may Allah be well pleased with them) that people said to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): 'Will we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?' The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Do you have any difficulty in seeing the moon on the night it is full, with no clouds before it?" They said: 'No.' He said: "Do you have any difficulty in seeing the sun with no clouds before it?" They said: 'No.' He said: "Then you will see Him likewise. People will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection, then it will be said: 'Whoever used to worship something, let him follow it.' Some of them will follow the sun, some the moon, and some will follow the false deities. This nation will remain, including its hypocrites, until He, Blessed and Exalted, comes to them and says: 'I am your Lord.' They will say: 'You are our Lord.' Then Allah will set the bridge over the midst of Hellfire. I will be the first of the Messengers to cross with my nation. No one will speak that day except the Messengers, and the supplication of the Messengers that day will be: 'O Allah, save us, save us.' In Hellfire there are hooks like the thorns of the saadan plant. Have you seen the thorns of the saadan plant?" They said: 'Yes, O Messenger of Allah.' He said: "They are like the thorns of the saadan plant. They snatch people according to their deeds. Some are destroyed or ruined, and some are saved. Then, when Allah, Blessed and Exalted, wills mercy upon whomever He wills from the people of the Fire, He commands the angels to bring out those who used to worship Allah. They bring them out, recognizing them by the marks of prostration. Allah has forbidden the Fire from consuming the marks of prostration. They come out of the Fire having been completely burned, and water of life is poured upon them, and they sprout like seeds in the silt carried by a flood. Then Allah, Blessed and Exalted, finishes judging between the servants, and a man remains between Paradise and the Fire — he is the last of the people of Paradise to enter it, facing the Fire. He says: 'O Lord, turn my face away from the Fire, for its wind has scorched me and its blaze has burned me.' Allah, Blessed and Exalted, says: 'Perhaps if I do that for you, you will ask for something else?' He says: 'No, by Your Honor.' He gives his Lord whatever pledge and covenant He wills. So Allah turns his face away from the Fire. When he turns toward Paradise and sees its splendor, he is silent as long as Allah wills, then says: 'O Lord, bring me to the gate of Paradise.' Allah, Blessed and Exalted, says: 'Did you not give your pledges and covenants not to ask for other than what you asked for?' He says: 'O Lord, let me not be the most wretched of Your creation.' He says: 'Perhaps if I give you that, you will ask for something else?' He says: 'No, by Your Honor, I will not ask for other than that.' He gives his Lord whatever pledge and covenant He wills. He brings him to the gate of Paradise. When he reaches its gate, it opens for him and he sees its beauty, greenery, and delight. He is silent as long as Allah wills, then says: 'O Lord, admit me to Paradise.' He, Blessed and Exalted, says: 'How treacherous you are! You gave pledges and covenants not to ask for other than what was given to you.' He says: 'O Lord, do not make me the most wretched of Your creation.' Allah, Blessed and Exalted, laughs at him, then permits him to enter Paradise. Then He says: 'Wish.' Until when his wishes are exhausted, Allah, Blessed and Exalted, reminds him until his wishes end. Allah, Blessed and Exalted, says: 'That is for you and its like with it.'" Abu Said al-Khudri said that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "That is for you and ten times its like." Abu Hurairah said: I only memorized from the Beloved Messenger of Allah that he said: "That is for you and its like with it." Abu Said said: I bear witness that I heard him say: "That is for you and ten times its like." This hadith has been narrated by Shuayb and Muawiyah ibn Yahya from al-Zuhri from Said ibn al-Musayyab and Ata ibn Yazid from Abu Hurairah and Abu Said.
