حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن مرداس الأنصاري قَال حَدَّثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ كَثِيرٍ أَبُو النَّضْرِ قَالَ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَيْفَ تقول ياحمزة إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلَى فِرَاشِكَ قَالَ أَقُولُ كَذَا وكذا قال وكيف تقول أنت ياعلي قَالَ أَقُولُ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلَى فِرَاشِكَ فَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي مَنَّ عَلَيَّ وَأَفْضَلُ الْحَمْدِ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ رَبِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَهِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نعلَمُ أحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ إلاَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ كَثِيرٍ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ بِالْحَافِظِ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم كَيْفَ تقول ياحمزة إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلَى فِرَاشِكَ قَالَ أَقُولُ كَذَا وكذا قال وكيف تقول أنت ياعلي قَالَ أَقُولُ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلَى فِرَاشِكَ فَقُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي مَنَّ عَلَيَّ وَأَفْضَلُ الْحَمْدِ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ رَبِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَهِ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لا نعلَمُ أحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ إلاَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ كَثِيرٍ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ بِالْحَافِظِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Mirdas al-Ansari narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Kathir Abu an-Nadr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mas'ud al-Jurayri narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "How do you say, O Hamza, when you go to your bed?" He said: "I say such-and-such." He said: "And how do you say, O Ali?" He said: "I say such-and-such." I think he said: "When you go to your bed, say: 'All praise is due to Allah who has bestowed favor upon me. The best of praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds, Lord of everything and God of everything. I seek refuge in You from the Fire.'" This hadith, we do not know anyone who narrated it from al-Jurayri except Yahya ibn Kathir, and he was not a strong memorizer.
