أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي قَالَا ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أنبأ وَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ يُضَاعِفُ الْحَسَنَةَ عَشْرَةَ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِمِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ إِلَّا الصَّوْمَ فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ يَدَعُ طَعَامَهُ وَشَهْوَتَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ فَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ فِطْرِهِ وَفَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ لِقَاءِ رَبِّهِ وَلَخُلُوفُ فِيهِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ الصَّوْمُ جُنَّةٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Every deed of the son of Adam is multiplied — a good deed is multiplied ten times to seven hundred fold. Allah the Almighty says: Except fasting, for it is for Me and I shall reward for it. He leaves his food and his desire for My sake. The fasting person has two joys: a joy at the time of breaking his fast and a joy when he meets his Lord. And his breath is more pleasant to Allah than the scent of musk. Fasting is a shield, fasting is a shield.'
